Technician arrived on time and went right to work. He had to locate a new filter for replacement. After several calls, he found it and completed service. He did a great job and explained what he needed to do. We appreciate all that he did.

A special shout-out to Eric, who found a failing capacitor on our main unit and replaced it on the spot before our A/C failed during the upcoming heatwave.

When my appointment with a different company had to cancel last minute, i was scrambling to get someone to check our AC as it quit working. I called Bill’s and spoke with Kelsey. She told me they were full today and a tech was out and apologized that they couldn’t come to our home today. While I was looking for anyone to check out our AC, Kelsey called me back!! She had called some of their technicians and found Alex!
Alex was wonderful!! He was so thorough and kind and explained every step of the way! He got our AC working again right before a heat wave was coming! I can’t thank him enough! And Kelsey provided amazing customer service! She really went above and beyond!
