On a recent Saturday, our 13year old heat pump ran but was not cold (no A/C). We had a house full of guests for our daughter’s wedding that night. Spoke to the owner, Todd, and he sent a repair tech right away. The tech found a faulty capacitor and made the quick repair. Bill’s Heating/AC has always been customer friendly, easy to work with and responsive. We really appreciated the quick response.
I would recommend Bills! I called them when my A/C wasn’t working and, even though they were very busy, they sent Troy out the next day! He had to come back again the day after, to do additional work. They were so nice and easy to work with, from Todd (the president) to Shelly (answering phones and scheduling) to Troy (who came to my home and fixed my problem). Great job, guys!

Todd, You and your techs should be the ones being thanked. This system was installed 13 years ago; never a problem till Saturday, then your company had it fixed pronto. We had our air conditioning go out last Friday night. Left a message with Bill’s and by 830 Saturday morning I was contacted and told that JR was on his way to my house. I was so relieved as I had people from out of town staying and it was quite warm this past weekend. JR contacted me to let me know what was wrong and had everything taken care of. Bill’s has great service and stands behind their products. We purchased our unit from Bills and they have always taken great care of us and had awesome customer service. It is nice to know there are still people out there that you can count on when things go wrong!
